DO I NEED A CONSULTATION BEFORE I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A COLOR OR EXTENSION SERVICE?

Yes. We want to ensure that deliver the service and results that meets your expectation. It’s important to us; consultations can be either on the phone or in-salon. If you have questions about a specific service to book, please call our front desk Tuesday through Sunday.

ARE YOU CASH ONLY?

No, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discovery. Gratuity is kindly accepted in cash or credit card.

DO YOU CUT CHILDREN’S HAIR?

We are happy to cut your child’s hair, however we are not a kid’s salon. If your child is unable to sit through the service or causing a disruption to other guests, you may be asked to stop the service. This is also for safety purposes for both stylist and child. You will still be charged for the allotted appointment time.

I AM RUNNING LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

When you book an appointment with us we reserve a specific amount of time for your service, therefore we are not able to take clients who are more than 15 minutes late. If you know ahead of time that you cannot attend a booked appointment, just go to our Vagaro booking page and reschedule your appointment- at least 24 hours in advance.
